Why This Recipe Works Adaptively

⚡ No Boiling Pot: Uses ready-to-heat pasta pouches to eliminate lifting, carrying, and draining heavy boiling water.
🦐 Zero Shell Prep: Uses pre-peeled and deveined raw shrimp with tails removed for fast, effortless assembly.
⚖️ Sheet-Pan Stability: Placing the lightweight baking dish on a rimmed sheet pan provides a wider, more stable base for oven transfers.

How to Prepare Garlic Shrimp Pasta Bake

  1. Preheat & Setup Sheet Pan
Heat the oven to 375°F. Place an 8-inch square baking dish (or similar lightweight 2-quart baking dish) on a sheet pan for easier support when moving it.
♿ Adaptive Tip: Place a non-slip mat under the sheet pan to keep everything steady while mixing.
  2. Melt Butter
Add the butter to the baking dish and microwave until melted, about 30 to 45 seconds. Carefully remove the dish using oven mitts.
  3. Mix Sauce & Combine
Stir the garlic, heavy cream, Parmesan, dried herbs, salt, and pepper directly into the melted butter. Add the cooked pasta and raw shrimp; stir with a sturdy spoon until coated.
♿ Adaptive Tip: Use kitchen scissors to open pasta and shrimp packages if plastic seals are difficult to manage.
  4. Bake
Bake uncovered until the sauce is bubbling and the shrimp are pink, opaque, and reach 145°F, about 15 to 18 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve
Spoon portions into lightweight bowls or storage containers rather than lifting or carrying the hot baking dish.
